I found the location excellent for exploring the navigli district. Canalside bars were nearby. the rooftop bar provided amazing views, i enjoyed the drinks there. breakfast had good variety. Dietary requirements were catered for (the coffee was lovely). i liked the relaxing lounge area in the lobby.
i noticed some noise from nearby bars late at night. the provided earplugs helped a little, but it's still audible. it didn't completely spoil the experience, but light sleepers should be aware.

the creator king size bed offered ample space and comfort. i found the room clean and modern, the shower was particularly good. minibar was available, that was a plus (even though i did not use it).

the staff were professional and helpful, especially at reception. they quickly addressed all requests and provided useful information. the manager offered drinks to compensate for a misunderstanding, a very thoughtful gesture.

The room design was very nice, including a high ceiling that my wife liked. I found some sweets in the room, and a fridge contained six complimentary drinks, a very nice touch. The breakfast included a rich buffet with a good selection of local foods. The rooftop terrace provided a amazing view.
The breakfast options were not extensive. A larger variety could improve this experience. I suggest more vegetarian options could be offered too. I didn't have a problem with that, but other guests could.
